Activation and Deployment Instructions

Everyone needs to understand that we are not allowed to deploy anywhere

without direction from the EOC. Self Activation is not allowed. We can only

deploy after we have been activated by the Clatsop County Emergency Manager 

Gene Strong. At that time the Clatsop County ARES/RACES leadership will

put out the activation notice and ask for volunteers. Then we will make

assignments to the EOC and other agencies in the County.
